Birthday Parties

Celebrate your Birthday at Elite Gymnastics Academy!

Join us for an hour in the gym for games, an obstacle course, playtime on the trampoline and in the foam pit, jumping in the bouncer, practicing on the bars and beam, and OPEN GYM time--followed by a half-hour in our party room or lobby for cake and presents!

EGA's Birthday Party Package: $200

• Up to 15 kids ages 5 & up in the Main gym; OR up to 10 kids ages 4 & under in the Tots Gym
• 90 minutes with a trained coach
• Printed invitations (you choose the color!) with our Liability Release/Waiver printed on the back
• A juice box & balloon for each child
• Plates, forks, napkins, party decorations, table coverings 
• Set-up & clean-up
• FREE OPEN GYM PASS for each child ($10 value)
• EGA Goodie Bag for each child 

Times available (in 1.5-2-hour blocks):

• Monday-Friday: 12:30-3:30pm
• Saturdays: 2:30-7:30pm
• Sundays: 12:00-8:00

Birthday Child can be 2-18 years-old. Participants, including siblings, ages 18 months-3 years must have parent supervision in the gym. All participants involved in gym activities (including parents) must sign a Liability Release/Waiver before entering the gym area.

Additions:

• Additional 30 Minutes in the gym or party room/lobby = $30
• Additional Guests = $8 each (Please call with final count at least 3 DAYS BEFORE party)
• EGA T-Shirt = $10 each ($15 value)
• Gold-level Goody Bags = $2 each

You are welcome to bring (optional):

• Party favors
• Additional decorations
• Child’s favorite music
• Cake/Cupcakes, pizza, chips, pretzels, sandwiches, snack foods
• Additional juice, water, soda

Do not bring:

• Ice cream, ice cream cakes, or any other freezer foods
• Chewing gum or sticky treats

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your party time. The remaining balance and any additional charges are due at the conclusion of your party.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled party time. If your party runs more than 5 minutes over its scheduled time, you will be charged $1 per minute.
