Birthday Parties at EGA

Celebrate your next birthday the right way at
Elite Gymnastics Academy!

Join us for an hour in the gym for games, an obstacle course, playtime on the trampoline and in the foam pit, jumping in the bouncer, rope climbing and swinging, practice on the bars and beam, and OPEN GYM time, then a half hour in the lobby for party and present time!

EGA Provides:

• 90 minutes of time with a trained coach
• Juice box for each child
• Plates, forks, napkins, party decorations
• FREE OPEN GYM coupon for each child
• EGA Balloon for each child
• *Invitations with a Liability Release/Waiver you will receive when you register to distribute to expected guests*

Times available:
Monday-Friday: Noon-1:30pm  
Saturday: 2:30-4:00pm & 4:30-6:00pm
Sunday: 12:30-2:00pm & 2:30-4:00pm

Age: Birthday child can be ages 4-18, Participants including siblings can be ages 18 months-18 years *Participants 18 months-3 years old must have parent supervision in the gym* All participants that will be involved in gym activities (including parents) must have a Liability Release/Waiver signed before entering the gym area. Note: Parents are not allowed on the equipment, they are only allowed in the gym for supervision.

Cost:

• $175 for 90 minutes for up to 15 children
• $8 each additional child, no limit (Please call w/final count at least 3 DAYS BEFORE party)
• $30 additional 30 minutes of gym or lobby time
• $50 DEPOSIT due to hold you desired date and time at time of registration (All parties will have at least 30 minutes of scheduled time in the lobby, no matter the length of party, this always occurs AFTER their time spent in the gym; this time CANNOT be exchanged for extra time in the gym, and no children will be allowed back into the gym for play after their lobby time, NO EXCEPTIONS.)

If you’d like you can bring:

• Party favors
• Additional decorations
• Child’s favorite music
• Cake/Cupcakes Pizza, chips, pretzels, sandwiches
• Additional juice/water 

Please do not bring:

• Ice cream or ice cream cakes
• Chewing gum or sticky treats

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to greet your guests, and get organized before it’s time to enter the gym!

Any additional information you and your guests will need to be informed of is noted in the invitations that are included with your party package! (Separate invitations are available for Boy/Girl parties, and can be printed on white, yellow, blue, red, orange or lime green paper. Please let us know of your choice when you register.
