Nerf Style Birthday Party Package:

Join us for 1 hours in the gym for a variety of activities that could include Nerf wars, Capture the Flag, Open Fire, Alamo, building forts, and MORE all led by an EGA Nerf Referee in our 26,000 square-foot facility completely reserved just for them! Following gym time, participants enjoy 30 minutes in the party area to open presents/eat cake!
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your party time.
The remaining balance and any additional charges are due the date of your party and will be processed to the card on your EGA Account.
HAVE THE GYM TO YOURSELF! NO OTHER EVENT/CLASS IS SCHEDULED TO BE IN THE GYM EXCEPT YOUR PARTY. THIS APPLIES TO NERF PARTIES ONLY!!
- UP TO 25 KIDS AGES 5 & UP IN THE MAIN GYM
- 1 HOUR WITH A NERF REFEREE IN THE GYM — THE REFEREE WILL SET UP AND ORGANIZE ACTIVITIES, ENSURE FAIR PLAY, AND SUPERVISE THE KIDS
- 30 MINUTES IN THE PARTY AREA FOR CAKE AND PRESENTS
- NERF BLASTERS, DARTS, AND EYEWEAR WILL BE PROVIDED BY EGA. PARTICIPANTS ARE WELCOME TO BRING HIS/HER OWN NERF BLASTER IF DESIRED, BUT MUST USE THE EGA DARTS (STANDARD DARTS)
- SET-UP, CLEAN-UP PROVIDED BY EGA STAFF
- EACH PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE AN 8OZ BOTTLE OF WATER
- EGA DRAWSTRING GOODIE BAG FOR EACH PARTICIPANT
- BIRTHDAY CHILD GETS A SPECIAL EGA BIRTHDAY T-SHIRT!
Birthday Child can be 5-18 years-old. All participants involved in gym activities (including parents) must sign a waiver online — Direct all parents to fill out a waiver by visiting www.elite-gymnastics.com and click on the orange tab at the bottom right of the screen ‘Sign our waiver’.
Additions:
- Add extra gym time* for $75 per additional 30 minutes.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled party time. If your party runs more than 5 minutes over its scheduled time, you will be charged $3 per minute.
